Oldmans Township School is excited to announce the construction of a brand-new playground designed specifically for its Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students, providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate space for the district’s youngest learners.

The new playground was made possible through funding from the New Jersey Preschool Expansion Grant, which the district was awarded in 2024. These grant funds allowed the district to invest directly in early childhood education by enhancing outdoor play opportunities that support social, physical, and emotional development.

To ensure safety and age-appropriate use, the playground will be fully fenced and separated from the rest of the school’s playground areas. This dedicated space will allow our youngest students to play, explore, and learn in an environment designed just for them, while giving families and staff peace of mind. The playground is expected to serve students for many years to come.

The district would like to extend special thanks to School Business Administrator Ms. Kayde Kisielewski, whose hard work and dedication were instrumental in bringing this project to fruition. The project also would not have been possible without the continued support of the Oldmans Township Board of Education, whose commitment to early childhood education remains a top priority.

This new playground represents another important step in Oldmans Township School’s ongoing efforts to provide high-quality learning environments for all students, starting with its youngest learners.
